We are looking for volunteers with their dogs to do local visits to people’s homes, care homes, hospitals and schools.

The museum is run by The Axbridge and District Museum Trust, led by 7 Trustees a group of local volunteers and the building is owned by the National Trust

Help welcome visitors to our museum. You will work alongside another steward and be given full training prior to starting.

To support with the collecting of donated items like food from local supermarkets and donations from local communities and businesses.

Help to run stalls at local community events, support open evenings, and attend In The Mix fundraisers.

Handyperson needed to help ensure our venues are well maintained and can continue to be operational, safe and welcoming.

Volunteers needed for our 3 day family music festival, Home Farm Fest taking place from Friday 12th to Sunday 14th June 2026 in Chilthorne Domer, near Yeovil.

The adventures we organise for the children aged 10-14 years old depend on volunteers aged over 18 to lead them on Monday evenings.
