Our Retreat provides a haven for replenishment ~ a sanctuary from busy lives. It is open to people of all faiths and those without ~ to find peace, fulfillment and joy within and without. We teach Meditation, Mindfulness, Bones for Life, Yoga, Well-Being ~ and offer Counselling/Coaching and Natural Energy Therapy for people and animals~ also training in these subjects.Recently added opportunities
