The Retreat Centre offers opportunities to rest, refresh and reset for those who need space, time or care in order to get the most out of life. Whether it be relationships, spirituality, bereavement or loss, illness, burnout, work life, purpose or time to take a fresh look at where they are in life, the Centre offers a much needed haven in order to help people refind themselves and what they need.

Our Retreat provides a haven for replenishment ~ a sanctuary from busy lives. It is open to people of all faiths and those without ~ to find peace, fulfillment and joy within and without. We teach Meditation, Mindfulness, Bones for Life, Yoga, Well-Being ~ and offer Counselling/Coaching and Natural Energy Therapy for people and animals~ also training in these subjects.
