Catering assistance needed to prepare and cook meals for people staying at the charity
We provide facilities for people to take time out from busy and stressful lives, recovering from illness, bereavement or other life changes. Friendly team work and lovely environment to work in, hours to suit.

We teach Meditation, Mindfulness, Bones for Life, Yoga, Well-Being ~ and offer Counselling/Coaching and Natural Energy Therapy for people and animals~ also training in these subjects.
