Summary

St Margaret’s Hospice Care is looking for an individual to join the team who will bring their skills, talent, and enthusiasm to the heart of our organisation.

Detailed description

St Margaret’s Hospice is a local charity, and every year we rely on the support of our local community to raise vital funds, that enable us to provide care to more than 5,000 people on their end-of-life journey in Somerset. We estimate that one in three local people will be touched by St Margaret’s in their lifetime – and that’s why your hospice needs you!

You can help us raise thousands of pounds this year with the priceless gift of a few hours of your time. We are looking for people with great interpersonal skills, lots of enthusiasm, who are reliable and responsible, and ready to help out with a variety fundraising activities and events all over Somerset.

So, whether you’re looking to meet new people, gain work experience for your CV, develop new skills, or simply feel good about doing something that impacts the lives of people in your neighbourhood: volunteering with the fundraising team at St Margaret’s could be what you are looking for.
