The Sales Lead controls the sales platform and drafts and publishes listings. (Wednesday afternoon / Saturday morning)
The Sales Lead controls the sales platform and the designated laptop in the sales room. This role researches and determines pricing, drafts and publishes listings, manages buyer communications, and updated item status within the master tracking system. The Sales Lead oversees the movement of items into the sales room for listing and ensures that digital records accurately reflect physical location. Upon sale, the Sales Lead inspects the packed items, confirms that the stock reference matches the listing and the master log, seals the parcel, and consigns it to the courier. This role forms the central control point linking physical stock management and revenue generation and acts as the final authorisation stage before goods leave the premises.
