Summary

We are looking for people interested in volunteering for our outdoor holiday club during the school holidays.

Detailed description

We run 14 holiday sessions a year with primary aged children (5 – 11 year olds) during the Easter holidays, May half term, Summer holidays & October half term.  Our sessions are on Tuesdays & Thursdays 10am – 3pm.

Volunteers will be supporting the Forest School Leader in a woodland setting. The sessions are entirely outside and volunteers would need to be happy to attend in all weathers.

Experience of working with children is an advantage but not necessary. Would suit someone who is training to work with children or looking for new opportunities and wishing work with the community, with a chance to learn new skills or share existing skills. There will be some safeguarding paperwork to complete and a DBS check if you do not already have one.
