Working with participants to achieve previously set life goals. Empowering and facilitating them be proactive in this. Making community introductions
We require volunteering to continue empowering and enabling our participants to achieve their goals and increase aspirations. This role will be about listening to people and using a solution focused approach to achieve their full potential. Often requiring patience, this role with mean volunteers giving cues and assisting people to find their own answers and encouraging them to walk those out. 1-2 hours a week face to face working through mutually agreed objectives and developing sustainable relationships and links in the community.

All too often our lives and circumstances become something that is ‘done to us’. But what next? What do you need to get back in the driving seat of your life?
Enable exists to support, coach and mentor forward. Ultimately the journey and the choice is yours, but we will help you find the skills you need to fully engage. We understand that this is a process and will start where you are. Each journey is individual.
We want to know you. So we will take time get to do that. Each programme uses the same model; but is personally tailored. Using a 6 module programme and empathetic mentoring we will enable you to be empowered
