Chard volunteers

For the benefit of Chard…..

We are a group of volunteers who are interested in coming forward to assist with community work when needed. This could involve helping with one-off special events, annual community events, or ongoing and longer term projects run in the town. From litter picking to Christmas lights, Market days and Carnival as well as responding to urgent needs for vulnerable people in the area.

If you feel like you have time to give back to your community, why not sign up? You will always be able to say no, and filter the volunteering opportunities so they are relevant to your interests and skills. Having said that, volunteering in Chard will provide you with several opportunities to develop new skills, meet new people and make positive changes to the place you live in!
