We are looking for a minute taker for our quarterly board meetings.

Do you want to be part of a progressive, creative charity in Frome that fights for access to the arts and equality alongside people who have a learning disability?

OpenStoryTellers is looking for someone to fill a critical and often overlooked role. We need a calm and detailed orientated person to take minutes for all 4 of our board meetings. 2 of these are evenings, in person in Frome, the other 2 are online during the day. We would need you to attend the in person meetings, but for our online meetings the minutes can be prepared using transcripts if that is easier.

We would provide an induction to our organisation and offer training if needed in confidentiality and charity law.

This opportunity can also be part of a trustee role if wider governance is of interest.
