About Community Council for Somerset - Sedgemoor

We are a Somerset Wide Charity based in Taunton. We support families and individuals all over Somerset. We pride ourselves on working alongside multi-agencies including GP surgeries and adult social care, to get the correct and appropriate positive support for all our clients.
