We have been granted an amazing opportunity to fundraise on Easter Sunday, one of their most popular days.
In return for a day at the races, we are looking for a team of amazing supporters to collect donations at various points around the racecourse.
Over the past year, we have seen a 19% increase in welfare enquiries and as a result, our four rescue and rehoming centres are near capacity.
The persistent poor weather means that we aren’t expecting it to get any better any time soon as horses struggle in mud-soaked fields with little grazing.
It is only through our phenomenal support network that we are able to carry on, and days like this create an invaluable boost to not only our fundraising but also our local profile.
