Vehicle Maintenance Volunteer

Wivey Link has a fleet of 5 accessible vehicles that are located in Wiveliscombe and used by our volunteer drivers to transport our members on week days.

We are seeking someone with a few hours a week to check the cars for oil, check they are topped up with windscreen wash and adblue, check the tyre tread, and report any damage or dirt that needs to be rectified.

If there is any mechanical work to be done we work with a local mechanic, this role is for someone with an interest in cars to keep an eye on them weekly so that we can book them in if needed and prevent our drivers going out in cars that are not in tip top condition.

You will receive support from the office team and the volunteering can happen around your schedule.
