Corporate Volunteering Opportunity

Corporate volunteers will play a vital role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our shop. This hands-on role offers a great opportunity to contribute to a meaningful cause while gaining insight into the retail and charity sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sorting and organising donated items to prepare them for sale
• Assisting the e-commerce team with online listings and communicating with customers (e.g. eBay support)
• Providing friendly and helpful customer service on the shop floor
• Preparing clothing for sale, including steaming, tagging, and sizing
• Scanning and processing books, DVDs, and other media items
• Supporting with moving and arranging furniture, as well as merchandising the store
