Day Centre Organiser

Could you help oversee our Thursday Day Centre? We have speakers, games, entertainment, various activities & flexercise. Some members come with family transporting them & others are transported by our registered volunteers. Volunteers are present from 8.30 am until 3.00 pm. Members come soon after 10.00 am (we start with tea/coffee/biscuits at 10.30 am). They leave at 2.30 pm after partaking in tea & cake. Help is needed to coordinate activities and volunteers. You would be the contact point for new members. You would also need to balance the books at the end of the session and do the banking. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys helping in their local community! Volunteers are present from 8.30 am until 3.00 pm. We operate every Thursday with a break of 4 weeks at Christmas.
