Detailed description
Role Requirements:
- Reviewing,researching and contacting possible venues for future years outings
- Checking,researching &costing of transport&refreshments for trips
- Dealing with outing venues with final details and final numbers
- Producing advertising posters for outings venues for activity board and signing on sheets
- organise locations and timings for pick ups for outings allowing for times expected at venues
- Liaison with the venue contact to ensure timetable and agreed facilities are provided and timings
- Dealing with any refreshments requirements wanted by members.

We cater for their mental age not their physical age, they are all recycled teenagers as age is only a number
