WINCANTON CARES is an initiative that aims to connect people with what they need: the need for Care, the need for Support or the need for Information.
Our focus is on older residents as we try to make the most of limited health and social care resources.
We work across the BA9 postcode area but will never turn away someone who is in need.
We passionately believe that by working together our local community can achieve more.
