Social Car booking co-ordinator

"Wheels community car scheme is badly in need of more co-ordinators. The job is to man the phone, taking note of what is being requested and by whom, and subsequently allotting drivers to the various jobs, then informing the customer of the details such as pick up time, name of driver and charge for the journey. The co-ordinator will be responsible for keeping records of all requests and cancellations, and finding a suitable driver from our list of drivers, to provide the transport in each case. At present we get 25-30 requests per week, and have 24 drivers on our books. A mobile phone dedicated to Wheels can be provided as this opportunity would be done from your own home. A good knowledge of Watchet and Williton is helpful. Co-ordinators will be given training and normally take responsibility for a week at a time on a rota basis.
