Helping young people in Bridgwater learn new skills & gain confidence

We are looking for someone who would like to support our young people to benefit from timebanking in Bridgwater.

Timebanking is a free and safe way for people to help each other out. For each hour someone gives, helping another, they get a time credit. These can be used to learn new skills or get access to free or discounted activities like cinema or bowling tickets.

Timebanking UK (the national charity supporting timebanking in communities) is working with YMCA to develop a Young Person's Timebank in Bridgwater. 

We are looking for someone who cares about the next generation, and is happy to chat with young people and local companies to set up this scheme, with lots of support from us.

You can fit this role flexibly around your day, and will receive time credits as well as the training and support. We could also cover expenses for travel.
