Our Tuesday group meets from 10 - 2 pm and is aimed at companionship for older people. Members can have lunch and take part in various activities. Do you enjoy spending time with older people? If so, this could be a great opportunity for you to help in the local community. You could spend some time playing games, joining in the various activities and helping serve the lunches/refreshments. Even an hour would be a help.

About The Henhayes Centre

To improve the quality of life of those over 55 and disabled people, but also to establish activities that meet the needs of anyone, whatever age, in the community. Promotion of healthy lifestyles, through knowledge of healthy eating, methods of staying/regaining fitness which are easy and fun to do. Also to be responsive to the needs of lonely/depressed people to provide them with social activities.
