Could you spare a small amount of time once a week or so to come along and clear the leaves and tidy up outside the Centre? It wouldn't take much time but would make such a difference! Knowing you have helped out in your local community. once a week or so

To improve the quality of life of those over 55 and disabled people, but also to establish activities that meet the needs of anyone, whatever age, in the community. Promotion of healthy lifestyles, through knowledge of healthy eating, methods of staying/regaining fitness which are easy and fun to do. Also to be responsive to the needs of lonely/depressed people to provide them with social activities.
