We are recruiting for Volunteer Drivers in the Street, Glastonbury & Walton area for a flexible door-to-door service for elderly & vulnerable community members
There is no fixed commitment but we continue to recruit drivers who are able to offer an hour or two a week to provide transport for those in need of help getting to Dr, Dentist, Hair appointments etc, shopping and social activities. All drivers will need to be DBS checked, safeguarding trained and cars will be DVLA checked.
Drivers will be helping these members of our community to access services and decrease loneliness and isolation. Mileage allowance will be refunded to drivers.
