The Committee of Stepping Stones Playgroup are searching for a generous individual who would offer their expertise to independently examine our accounts.
Stepping Stones Playgroup are a small registered charity who rely on volunteers to fill their Committee roles. We have a Treasurer who provides our annual reports and accounts, however we are looking for an independent person or accountancy firm who has the skills and experience to examine these accounts and sign them off, as part of our legal duty.
Playgroup have faced a more recent challenging environment where parents are not able to offer as much voluntary support, as time and pressures of work take over these opportunities. We are therefore reaching out into our wider community for the help we need at this time to stay operating and doing the work we love!
