Our reception volunteers help operate the telephone system; receiving and transferring calls. Welcoming patients and visitors. Processing retail sales.
Based at our Yeovil hospice site, you will be part of our family of friendly receptionist volunteers, offering your support a morning or afternoon per week/fortnight.
Available shifts
Tuesday afternoon
Wednesday morning
Thursday morning
Friday afternoon
About you
You are able to empathise with and put patients and visitors at ease, as well as being confident at operating our telephone system and till for retail sales.

We are looking for someone with the following skills:
- Demonstrates a high standard of communication and organisational skills.
