Summary

St Margaret’s is looking for new trustees to join the board who will bring their skills, talent, and enthusiasm to the heart of our organisation.

Detailed description

As an HR/OD Trustee, you would have experience in the private, public, or voluntary sectors, and will be able to share our vision and our enthusiasm to make a difference. You will ensure the highest standards of governance in a variety of HR policies and practices throughout the organisation, assess risks in light of changing legal requirements, and ensure long-term strategic oversight of the organisation's workforce.


We want someone who can demonstrate strong interpersonal skills and be able to foster and promote a collaborative working environment.


Within this role you'll be given training and development opportunities, be able to broaden your skills, knowledge and expertise, and also have expenses paid.


Board members are invited to serve a four-year term and are eligible for re-appointment for one additional term.
