Summary

Detailed description

St Margaret’s is looking for people to join the team at St Margaret's Hospice who will bring their skills, talent and enthusiasm to the heart of our organisation as we respond to the changing needs of our community.


This is a voluntary role and based in Taunton.


Brief description of main tasks and activities

The Hospice hold a large number of historic paper personnel files. These need to be scanned and saved into new electronic files which are pre-formatted. You will be scanning files and saving them electronically.


This task forms part of the data protection action plan.


We are looking for someone with the following:

  • Is methodical and doesn’t mind repetitive tasks.
  • Could suit someone with an interest in HR.


Skills/training gained 

  • Data protection awareness
  • Electronic file management


Time commitment

Days and times are flexible, but volunteer only required to complete this project.
