Are you an employer looking for a one off group volunteering opportunity for your team to help support an environmental charity in Somerset?Detailed description
We are working with a charity based in Mendip who are interested in taking small groups of individuals (10-15 people) for one off volunteering activities.
Tasks for the groups would include conservation work on a reserve including :
- Caring for trees that have been planted
- Putting up temporary fencing to protect trees
- scything and raking the meadows
- planting wild flower plugs and collecting wildflower seeds.
- Planting trees (Nov/Dec)
- Removal of rubbish and clearing areas
