Wedding Ceremony Usher - Taunton

We are looking for volunteers to help with wedding season. Ceremony Usher volunteers will help to ensure the smooth running of ceremonies, providing participants with memories to treasure. Our Ceremony Usher volunteers will help to ensure that every wedding party feels welcomed and guided on their special day.

What you will be doing:

• Meeting and greeting the wedding party, directing people to the correct rooms
• Provide advice on seating arrangements and use of music equipment
• Help the guest to leave the building at the end of the ceremony
• Help to facilitate wedding photographs
• Help to ensure the safety of participants at all times

What you can expect:

• Full training will be given

This volunteering opportunity is initially for Fridays, but may be extended to Saturdays. Volunteers will be needed for two Fridays a month, possibly rising to four in wedding season. Hours are negotiable and all training is provided.
