Internal Auditor

Somerset Community Credit Union who work to make safe savings and affordable loans to our local community are looking for volunteers that are willing to spend 3 to 4 hours per month working with the Internal Audit Committee checking compliance to policy and procedures and financial governance. A background in accounting/book keeping would be an advantage but not essential. We are a voluntary led organisation so you would be joining a team who want to help our community. If candidates wanted to explore the work of the Credit Union and to see the work of the internal audit committee before committing to help then this can be arranged.
