Summary
Volunteer at one of our Child Contact Centres - in Bridgwater, Chard, Taunton, Weston-super-Mare, Wincanton or YeovilDetailed description
Do you have a few hours to spare at the weekends and would like to help children in your area?
Volunteers in child contact services need to be impartial, caring, tolerant, sensitive, flexible, discreet and reliable. They must always put children’s needs first and not take sides with either parent or any other adults involved in the contact. We offer appropriate induction support and training to help you in your role. The role requires an occasional Saturday morning (10am-12 noon) or afternoon (2pm-4pm). We have centres in Bridgwater, Chard, Taunton, Weston-super-Mare, Wincanton or Yeovil. Please contact us for further details about the role.
