The Frome Carers Group meet on the first Wednesday of each month. We usually have up to 20 people at our sessions and it would be great to have some more help with the teas and coffees, washing up and tidying up. This is an ideal opportunity if you enjoy socialising and chatting with others! By volunteering with us you will: Meet new people and make new friends Build your confidence and interpersonal skills 1st Wednesday of each month 10 am - 12 pm

About Somerset Carers Service

The Somerset Carers Service offers vital free support and guidance for carers.

They recognise that whilst caring for another person is very rewarding, it can also be overwhelming and lonely at times. The Service can help link carers to local support groups and events in their area. They understand that every carer's situation is unique, and can offer specific support to carers to help them access resources and information that will help both them, and the person they are caring for.
