Our Saturday team need a committed Shift Leader to work on Front of House, minimum 2 Saturdays per month.
- Friendly, welcoming manner when greeting customers and leading the front-of-house team.
- Clear and confident communication, both in person and by phone or email.
- Strong leadership and teamwork skills, with the ability to support and advise front-of-house volunteers during shifts.
- Reliable and committed to regular Saturday shifts, including opening and closing responsibilities on a minimum of two Saturdays per month.
- Confident handling cash, card transactions, and end-of-day cashing up procedures (training will be provided.)
- Calm and proactive approach to troubleshooting customer issues and keeping service running smoothly.
- Excellent attention to detail with administrative tasks, and computer literate.
- Able to build positive working relationships and work well with the day’s team.
