Sedgemoor Community Connector CIC works to build stronger, more connected communities across Bridgwater and the wider Sedgemoor area. We bring people together through inclusive groups, community projects, and volunteer training, helping residents develop confidence, skills, and local pride. Our volunteers play a vital role in everything we do — from supporting social groups and community events to helping people feel more connected and less isolated.
