SHARE:Frome is looking for a volunteer Shop Assistant to help provide our customers with a great borrowing service in a friendly and helpful environment.

Detailed description

Today, SHARE:Frome is busier than ever as a growing number of people either affected by the cost of living crisis or wanting to do something positive to protect our planet, come to us to borrow from our library of 800 items. We’re looking for volunteers of all ages to help us manage the day to day running of the shop.

VOLUNTEER SHOP ASSISTANTS

Are you a sociable person who enjoys helping people? Are you passionate about giving back to our amazing community? Maybe you want to do something positive to help the environment and support others in Frome to do the same. You’ll be trained to use the till, process memberships, organise the shop and prepare items for being borrowed, and should you want to, take on other tasks that appeal to you.

Volunteering hours are flexible and you’ll join a fun and supportive team who work together to provide SHARE members with a great service in a friendly and helpful environment. If you’re interested in this role or would like more information, please get in touch.
