SHARE:Frome is looking for volunteer Electrical Repairers to help keep our library of products in good working order and ready for our customers to borrow.Detailed description
Today, SHARE:Frome is busier than ever as a growing number of people either affected by the cost of living crisis or wanting to do something positive to protect our planet, come to us to borrow from our library of 800 items. We’re looking for volunteers of all ages to help us manage the day to day running of the shop.
VOLUNTEER SHOP ASSISTANTS
Have you had previous electrical repair experience? Do you know your way around basic electrical fixes involving changing fuses and plugs as well as more intricate repairs involving soldering? SHARE needs help checking over products that have been identified as problematic and repairing products that are broken.
Volunteering hours are flexible and repairs can be done at home or with us in the shop. You’ll join a fun and supportive team who work together to provide SHARE members with a great service in a friendly and helpful environment.
