Coaches to provide one-to-one coaching to adults who cannot read. Face-to-face in Weston-super-Mare only. Must be available for 2 daytime sessions a week.
We have a current requirement for reading coaches to provide 1-1 coaching face-to-face in Weston-super-Mare. The coaching will take place in venues that we have selected to be safe for both parties.
We follow a full recruitment process including application form, interview and taking up references. Training and support is provided. Please note that interviews and training take place over Zoom so it is important that coaches are competent with using this technology.
Our existing coaches report that the sense of helping change people's lives is very rewarding.
