Volunteer Opportunity: Beacon CRM Support (One-off Project)

We’re looking for a volunteer with experience in Beacon CRM to help us streamline and tidy up our system.

This is a one-off project, expected to take around 2–4 hours, and would involve reviewing our current set-up, identifying any improvements, and helping us ensure everything is working as efficiently as possible. This may include checking forms, campaigns, integrations, and general data structure.

As a small, volunteer-led sanctuary, having a well-organised CRM system makes a huge difference to how we manage donations, bookings, and supporter communications.

We’re looking for someone who:

• Has experience using Beacon CRM
• Is confident reviewing and improving existing systems
• Can suggest simple, practical solutions
• Is happy to work independently

What you’ll be doing:

• Reviewing our current Beacon set-up
• Identifying areas for improvement or simplification
• Making small changes or recommendations to improve efficiency

Your support would make a real difference in helping us save time and stay organised, so we can focus more on caring for the animals.
