Get involved with farming and food growing at Paddington Farm, based just under Glastonbury Tor. Wednesdays, 9.30am-1.00pm
Join our Wednesday volunteer mornings!
A chance to get outside, get active and meet like-minded people.
Volunteers help in our organic vegetable garden with tasks such as planting, weeding and harvesting; or out on the wider farm with seasonal work such as hedgerow maintenance, hay making or apple pressing.
At the end of a morning's work we all share a tasty home-cooked lunch, prepared using our own organic vegetables.
Volunteer mornings run from 9.30am to 1.00pm (when we stop for lunch) and are open to people of all ages and abilities.
Some volunteers join us just for one session, some have been volunteering with us for years. Come along and give it a try!
Please note that this opportunity may not be suitable for those with restricted mobility, due to the nature of the farm environment.
