Festival assistant

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who wishes to gain hands-on experience in event management, social media, and marketing in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will provide crucial support in the planning, organization, and execution of the festival, with a requirement to be available on the festival day.

Hours of work: 6 hours over 2 days per week between 5th May 2025 to 30th June2025 and on the festival day 8:30 to finish ETA 18:00 on Sat 21st June 2025.

Responsibilities: assist with various tasks throughout the planning and post event such as:

• Planning and coordination
• Social media & marketing
• Administrative support

Desirable qualifications and skills:

• Strong interest in event management, social media, and marketing
• Time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proactive and enthusiastic attitude with a strong work ethic
• Reliable and punctual
