We are seeking a new Newsletter Editor to continue with the publishing of our newsletter to Friends and supporters. This can be done from home with text and photographs supplied. Support will be available from the retiring existing editor and museum committee. Knowledge of publishing software an advantage. Further involvement in publishing or social media is available but not a requirement. Sign up to join our friendly and dedicated team to help the continued expansion of Minehead Museum. Attendance at Committee meetings is not required.

About Minehead Museum
Whether you are here for your holidays or living nearby, there is something of interest for everyone, here at our unique museum in The Beach Hotel, opposite Mineheads Steam Railway station.
Experience the fascinating history of Minehead and Alcombe and discover the history of the Hobby Horse, the famous Swimming Pool, The Great Fire, world-famous author, Sir Arthur C. Clarke, the Lifeboats and the Pier, which was dismantled in WW2. Plus many other exhibits.
The museum is located within the Beach Hotel, opposite Minehead railway station. Entry is through the Information Centre at the Beach Hotel.
Open mid March to end of October. Open every day, except Mondays, from 10am to 4pm, and from 11am to 4pm on Sundays and Bank Holiday Mondays. The Museum is open on Mondays during the holiday season.
Minehead Museum is staffed and managed entirely by volunteers and new volunteers are always welcome."
