Become a Hospital Companion Volunteer with Marie Curie in Frome or Wincanton

Marie Curie has a Hospital Companion service in Somerset, offering compassionate individuals the chance to make a meaningful difference in the lives of people at the end of life. Volunteers will provide emotional and practical support at either Frome Community Hospital or Wincanton Community Hospital - based on your preference.

What you'll do:

• Spend time with someone new each week
• Offer emotional support and companionship
• Share helpful info and connect families to local services
• Help shape a brand-new service that truly matters

• Able to commit to 3 hours p/week
• Comfortable using basic IT tools (Email, Word, etc.)
