Befriending, face-to-face and/or by telephone for older people living in Bruton.
We are looking for befrienders to join our existing team of volunteers in Bruton. Our service has become popular over the last year and we are expanding our client base. If you can spare an hour or 2 to visit or call our members, we would love to hear from you.

We are a charity that enable older people to live later life well by providing services that are based in the community. The scheme currently provide telephone befriending, shopping and prescription services. However, we would normally be providing lunch clubs, trips out, dementia cafe's and friendship groups. We're based in Wincanton, but our services stretch the whole of South Somerset. We are part of a larger organisation, but serve local communities.
