Conveniently located in the heart of Highbridge, Southwell House provides ample free parking away from main roads, adjacent to Highbridge Recreational Park. This prime location allows guests to enjoy the spectacle of Burnbridge Wanderers FC playing most weekends during the football season. Southwell House offers its rental services at a modest hourly fee, with no hidden charges beyond the hourly rate. Equipped with a fully functional kitchen boasting a full-sized electric cooker, microwave, and fridge, along with well-stocked cupboards of cooking utensils, pots, and crockery, it ensures convenience for all culinary needs. Foldaway doors spanning the width of the main rooms provide the option to separate the kitchen area from the seating or to embrace an open-plan layout. These doors are also soundproof, allowing private meetings to take place. The building is kept comfortably warm with storage heaters and additional electric heaters for those chillier days. Two toilets, including one fitted for disabled use, are conveniently located within the premises. For added flexibility, several fold-up tables are available upon request, allowing for customisable layouts tailored to individual preferences.
