Befriending Volunteer

One of the most social ways to volunteer is to come in and talk to the patients. This can be in their room or in the day room, and at any time of day. Sometimes all someone wants is to have a good natter! To be part of the community, make someone who is maybe not feeling too good have a better day. This would also be great on a CV of someone who would like to get into the care industry. This is a flexible opportunity, however we would ask you advise when you are available to come in.
