FERNE ANIMAL SANCTUARY
DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES
TITLE: RESTAURANT VOLUNTEER
Answers to the Restaurant Manager (or Assistant Restaurant Manager on duty).
PRIMARY DUTY
· Keeping the restaurant and kitchen clean & tidy at all times.
GENERAL DUTIES
· Clearing tables and laying up ready for customers.
· Wipe down tables and kitchen work surfaces.
· Wash up and put away crockery and utensils.
· Be friendly and welcoming to visiting members of the public.
· Take orders and serve drinks and refreshments if /as directed by the Restaurant Manager.
· Any other such duties, as directed by the Restaurant Manager which are deemed necessary for you to carry out your duties effectively and which are within your capabilities.
NOTES:
· Please let the Restaurant Manager know, as soon as possible, if you are unable to fill any dates allocated to you on the rota.
