Your role will be answering incoming calls on the Somerset Adviceline, delivering in-person, virtual and digital help and advice and referring to other services

Your role will be answering incoming calls on the Somerset Adviceline, delivering in-person, virtual and digital help and advice and referring to other services when needed. You will be part of an amazing team and advising some of the most vulnerable people in our community so you will be empathetic, eager to embrace new concepts and have great people skills.

 

You will receive full training and ongoing support as you work towards completing the national Citizens Advice generalist adviser certificate.

 

If you can give 8-10 hours a week of your time for a minimum of one year, we would like to hear from you.
