We are looking for volunteers who can help promote Watch at local events and who can help provide additional funding through social events.

You would play an important role in raising awareness of the Project. Watch attends local community events, and it would be good to have a volunteer to support at the events. You would talk with the public about our work, raising awareness in the community. You would be there with a member of staff.

We also need volunteers who can help to raise funds for us. You may love organising events – a coffee morning, cake sale, a sponsored walk! We would love to hear your ideas on how we can promote our project and raise funds. This could even be a great role to take on alongside friends and/or family.

You will have an outgoing personality and may bring some fundraising experience to the Project. The best person for this role will be friendly and approachable, creative and able to organise. Some experience or knowledge of mental health challenges could help you to inspire and inform others about the work of Watch.

About WATCH CIO

Watch has big ambitions to end isolation for people experiencing mental health difficulties. We know how connecting people with shared experiences of mental health challenges can empower each of us, which is why peer support is at the heart of everything we do.  People thrive when they can maintain their own wellbeing, build self-resilience and develop skills. Supporting that journey is what Watch is all about.
