About Centre for Sustainable Environment

Our advice service is busy helping people who are struggling to keep warm and to manage their fuel bills. We know that the current situation is particularly challenging for vulnerable people and that domestic energy costs have risen as households are obliged to stay at home.
We provide free and impartial telephone energy advice and information that will assist people affected by Covid 19 , incl. referrals to local services and schemes. It is open from 9 am to 6 pm Monday to Friday
The best way to contact us is phone or email or online form https://www.cse.org.uk/advice/how-we-can-help/get-covid-support
The freephone advice line is staffed by our team of trained energy advisors, who answer a wide range of questions about saving energy in the home, keeping warm in winter and lowering fuel bills.
Our advisors are City & Guilds qualified in both energy awareness and renewable energy in the home and between them can draw on more than 50 years of experience in delivering high quality energy saving advice to domestic householders
