Trustees

We are looking for individuals with a mixture of skills, knowledge and dynamism. As a trustee, you will commit to give up your time to support our overall aims and to offer personal and professional skills as part of this. Particular skills and expertise that we are looking for are: Finance and organisational, marketing, PR and fundraising, but we would welcome applicants from individuals who have a different skill-base.

You do not need to have had previous experience of working with an arts organisation but you should have:

·     enthusiasm for the work of Black Swan Arts

·     an informed interest in, or professional knowledge of, the visual arts/crafts

·     an interest in Frome and its surrounding communities

Trustees need to be available to attend Trustee meetings once every 6 weeks, and have time to get involved in various projects as well as attending Black Swan events.
