Be part of a welcoming community, gain hands-on experience, and support women’s rugby by helping with match day set-up, logistics, visitors, and fundraising.

Bath Rugby Ladies is powered by a passionate and dedicated group of volunteers to make match days run smoothly. As women’s rugby continues to grow, we’re looking for enthusiastic people from our community in and around Bath who want to support the team, gain experience, and get involved in a meaningful, enjoyable way.

No rugby knowledge needed, just enthusiasm and willingness to get involved! As a Match Day Operations Volunteer, you’ll play a key role in ensuring players, supporters, and visitors have an enjoyable experience.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Setting up and packing down pitches
  • Assisting with match day operations and logistics
  • Welcoming supporters and guiding visitors
  • Managing parking donations and entry points
  • Helping run raffles and fundraising activities

About Bath Rugby Ladies

Bath Rugby Ladies was established in 2004 and has grown into a competitive, inclusive, and community- focused club. We have expanded over the years and now host over 75 players on our books along with a strong development pathway with our club girls section. The club has achieved several milestones, including league wins, county cup victories, national recognition, and players representing England and Wales at international level.

Our mission is to grow the women’s game, create opportunities for players of all abilities, and inspire the next generation of female rugby athletes.
